Kathy Ball

Office Manager

Kathy Ball grew up involved in Real Estate. Her parents, Jack & Phyllis Moore, were Real Estate Agents when Kathy was a child.

When Kathy was in high school, she worked as a part-time receptionist for her parents Real Estate Company.

Knowing about Real Estate at an early age, she continued along that path and obtained her license in 1969. In 1978 she also obtained her Brokers license. Kathy is a graduate of Napa Valley Leadership and spent 12 years in the California State Legislation as an administrative assistant to a State Senator.

Kathy is happily married to Larry Ball and resides in a lovely home here in Napa. She has four children and five grandchildren, all whom are very close to her.

She currently works at Davidson & Bennett Realtors, holding the title of Office Manager. She is still providing hometown service to Buyers and Sellers of the Napa Valley.

In addition to her busy Real Estate and home life, Kathy enjoys drag racing at Sears Point International Raceway in Sonoma and other tracks in California, Nevada and Arizona.
