Patty Williams

Patty Williams has been a licensed realtor since 1964. She worked in southern California until her husband transferred to the Far East. She also was a sales representative for Revlon International for 12 years covering Guam, Saipan and the Philippines.

Patty relocated to Napa in 1976 and resumed her real estate career. She has been a licensed realtor in the Napa County Multi Million Dollar Club yearly since 1976. Patty was a realtor with Coldwell Banker-- Brokers of the Valley from 1985 to 2000. In 2000 she joined Davidson and Bennett Realtors.

For the last 8 years Patty was with Coldwll Banker, she was a member of the President's Circle, consisting of the top 4% of Coldwell Bankers Real Estate agents internationally. She recently completed a course in Senior Real Estate Consulting enabling her to better serve her senior clients.

Patty is well-known for her "lollipop drawer" which enables her to better serve her younger clients who bring their parents in looking for a home.

Patty is an expert on both Napa Valley and American Canyon real estate. Her door is always open.
