Wayne Davidson

Wayne Davidson is a Native Napan, who attended local schools and has lived in the Valley all of his life.

Wayne graduated from Sacramento State in 1968 with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and General Management. Wayne obtained his California Real Estate License in 1968 and then his Brokers License in 1977.

In 1978, he and Mr. Richard Bennett Jr. opened up a partnership, Davidson & Bennett Realtors. Though Mr. Bennett has retired, Davidson and Bennett Realtors continues in operations to this day. It is the oldest locally owned company in Napa.

Wayne has years of experience in all areas of the real estate field. He is past president of the Napa County Association of Realtors. and a past director of the California Association of Realtors.
